Cast Brass Name Plate

This cast brass name plate was commissioned by a private client as a gift. The plaque design was taken from their original plaque which had now perished. This solid cast brass sign had a unique pattern made using the design from the original plaque. Our pattern maker created the artwork for approval before pattern making. The pattern was then used to make the mould which was used for the cast sign. The cast brass sign was then patinated chemically to age the brass which was finally hand polished on the raised cast in design and lettering. It was a lovely unique house name plate in a personal art deco design.
